Mitch Glaser is a writer of stories, songs and software, and one of the founding producers of the highly regarded musical theater cabaret series A Little New Music. He has been associated for many years with the New Musicals Incorporated writing workshop where, in conjunction with the U.C. Irvine Theater Arts Department, he wrote the lyrics to Manson's Girls - an original musical that received death threats following staged readings at the NoHo Arts Center. He is currently writing the book and lyrics for the musical The Devil, You Know?.
Having published his first novel, Night, the Chariot, under the pen name "Michael Westwood," Mitch recently completed his first screenplay: On A Roll, based on the true story of a young musician's encounter with Tiny Tim, the Mafia, and the most hated man in show buiness.
